Okay, is the mouth guard the giant rectangle that sits on your bottom four front teeth and makes your lip stick out? Because--fellow grinder here--I also hate mine and have been waiting to get used to it for like six months. 😂😂 Also, this got me good: “If I ever stop talking about it, stop reading my work and move on to someone who does.” Now, brb, I need to order this TK book.
Loved the same line Molly loved---also ordering TK’s book now as it’s been sitting in my Amazon “save for later” for too long. I am a long time bite splint wearer and I must say: stick with it, it’s worth it. I damaged my back molars terribly, don’t let your stress have the final word on your precious teeth! I wish I could make all the teeth grinding go away for all of us who store our stress in our jaws as we sleep, but I’ll settle for gently encouraging you that the awkwardness is worth it in the long run ❤️

Second of all, my small group at church has been constantly recommending The Chosen to me and I finally started to watch it. SO GOOD!
